No. The car has always been garaged and prior to washing I have always vacuumed between a partly lowered hood and the rubber seal to remove any debris

I think roof motor is only an issue for people who neglect cleaning. I was a normal cleaner kinda person and mine was fine.

It’s nice to see an example without the roof pump needlessly clogging up the boot space instead!

It looks like it does but could you confirm it's got the front ISOFIX? Also any record of the waterpump being done? I assume the corrosion was around the arch lips etc? Can you confirm these are all still rust free, any corrosion on the car now? Thanks

Yes the passenger seat has isofix provision.
The corrosion was on the wheel arch rims which was best resolved by replacing all four wings. There is no sign of any corrosion now.

With regard to water pump it has not been replaced but was checked in 2022 without any issues being identified

Hi
I have owned a 2.5L automatic and a 3.0L automatic both a bit older than yours - fantastic cars, particularly the 3.0L. I'm very interested in your vehicle which apart from the wheels looks great. However, clearly the bidding has started at, without being rude, unrealistic prices. Can you give an indication of what your reserve might be broadly speaking, if not, so be it?

Thank you for your interest in this car. The guide price is £8,000 - £10,000 and the reserve is close to the lower end of the guide price.

I don’t think it’s unrealistically priced.

Assuming all is as it should be for a near one owner and garaged car, then it would be well worth it.

There is some real rubbish out there now.

If I had the garage space for this I’d have been taking a look let’s put it that way!

You would have to check with PistonHeads and ensure that there we’re cleared funds in my bank account.

Andrew.
In principle this should be possible, provided that our checks are complete, payments are cleared and that this is convenient for the seller.
