Is Premier Inn T4 Heathrow in Ulez?

Hi all, sorry to be a bore but could anyone confirm the above hotel, on Southern Perimeter Rd TW6 3AF is in the Ulez zone? I've dropped two friends off there today.
Post code check and Maps appear to show it is, but we really didn't see any signage. The hotel website doesn't give any information that I can see, my friends haven't come back to me , I can't see any signage on Google street view although Southern Perimeter Rd itself isn't covered by street view anyway, and the humongous PH thread on Ulez was closed today

Could someone kindly confirm if it is or not, and if it is did I really miss all the signage?

Yes it is. You can check the postcode and map on the TFL website.

Did I miss any signage? That's the bit that's puzzling me. I thought I was in but saw no road signs to confirm it. Google maps was telling me I was heading towards the Ulez zone before we turned into hotel.
