Mobile Welding / Fabrication. Reading.

Hi all,

Im in need of a Fabricator to make up a simple Cross-beam between the rear towers on a Saab track car im building.
Unfortunately the car cannot be moved, so i need it done in situ.

Anyone know of someone that can do this ?.
