Pretty good used them for my mini. They are quite thorough. Downside is they are over £100/hour on labour 
They didn't get back to me about the chain on my z4 possibly wrong number but B&R did quickly so just used them rather than chase up. Slightly cheaper labour but was very impressed with the job and the service. B&R are only around the corner from swss so may be worth a call if it's a BMW specialist you want.
