Hi all, I noticed the other day that on my early 2018 S550 Ecoboost that I recently purchased the puddle lights do not show the pony logo but just 2 blobs of light. It's not a massive deal but with this being my first Mustang I would ideally like to replace them and have everything be perfect, I have seen the installation is very straight forward - they just pop out and in. But finding them seems to be trickier, I can only seem to find them on ebay and CJ Pony Parts and one other site. Would it be worth checking to see if a Ford garage would be able to stock them or am I better off getting them from ebay/CJ Pony Parts? Or does anyone else know of a reputable place to buy them?

Your local Ford dealer should have them for around £45 each which is the cheapest you will get, they are easy to change and there are videos on YT showing how to do so.
The early ones were just a horse shape cut out of paper which is why they turned into a blob

Brilliant, thank you. Will give them a call and see if they have any in stock. Yeah I'm gonna replace them myself, very straight forward just need to wedge the clip in and pop them out, disconnect them and then do the reverse to put them in again.

I was gonna say, those are the ones I saw...not paying £150 for them.

Update: Called local Ford dealer, they can order in from Ford directly - £101.45 for a pair. Thanks all.

You could always go aftermarket and only 1/2 the price of the crappy Ford OE ones.
