Probably going to get derided for this but here goes..

Anyone dye their beards? I'm 32 and have quite a few whites and greys on my chin. None on my head though. I could shave but kept some form of beard for many years now.

Thanks. I suppose how long it lasts depends on how quick the hairs grow. How long do you leave it on once applied before washing out?

Why is it cringeworthy that someone is unhappy about an element of their body and is utilising a means to fix for themselves?

Once you start you'd better settle on an age where you stop because it some point it'll start looking fluorescently fake.

My own facial fuzz is now 80% white but I've yet to find one single grey elsewhere. Facial hair truly has a life of its own.

I'm considering doing the opposite. Dying my beard hair white and embracing the old age.

For reference: Asian male, 39, bald, aged like milk.

I have blonde hair.
In my teens I grew beard and it was ginger. I was horrified.

Now it is white and grey. I am so happy.

Men that dye any part of their body are just delaying the inevitable consequences of getting old and if they do not embrace it now age will come up from behind and bite them a lot harder.

I think I'd be a bit worried if I ever reached the stage I was so concerned about my appearance that I was prepared to stand in front of a mirror dying my own beard.

I love how this is written to make it sound as dramatic and outlandish as possible hehe

Dying a beard isn't something I'd bother with myself, but I can totally understand why someone would want to do so, for various reasons.

I started growing my beard since Xmas, but have got a lot of grey on my chin... so thought I would try Just For Men, which did make it softer and hid the grey. At almost a tenner a pop, it's not something I will continue, but wanted to see how the product was. I will embrace the 'salt and pepper' look for now...

I have dyed mine in the past. Not that it was going grey, far worse than that. When I started growing it out, it was turning ginger!

I have since settled on a happy medium style wise and when the ginge comes out in force I know it’s time for a trim.

Faces are where the world's ginger DNA appears to have migrated to. It clearly has decided the tops of heads are totally last century.

If you’re going to do it (or your hair) I reckon you have to start before it gets too noticeable. I’m too far gone for both.

Ginger facial hair is life's way of persuading me to not be a complete slob and shave occasionally.
