I’m in need of some touch up for some scratches to my bumper, is it best to get it from Bmw or is chipex any good? It’s jubilee silver which is a bmw individual colour if that makes any difference.

Either OEM BMW or I've found this reseller on eBay to be very good:

I use these too and they're great for being a lot more precise than a fine paint brush IMO

I've found Chipex to be streets ahead of anything thesedays, including the OEM kits. Have a mineral grey for my car and pepper white for her Mini.

Both absolutely spot on matches. The benefit over OEM (and other kits) is the 3 stage process where you apply the paint, flatten with the solution and then polish. Small chips simply disappear and even large chips can be made all but invisible.

No connection to Chipex at all, just really rate their product, and I'm a fussy bugger!

I have negative experience of using BMW main dealer for touch-up paint.

They used my registration plate to order the paint; less than £10 for 2 bottles.

My car is metallic blue. The paint was black.

That Myland Auto paint is grand. Ordered some for the 330i and the colour match is really good especially considering the price.
