Hope no one is injured.

The tower is in a terrible state. I went up it a couple of months ago. Girders badly rusted, some reinforced with cargo straps.

I did not enjoy the experience.

Looks more like that orange netting that you see around building sites, blowing in the wind. Latest updates suggest that this is the case.
