Accusump Wiring?

Can anyone tell me the correct wiring plan for the Accusump?

The pins are 1, 2 and earth on the valve.

I have 1 cable from loom brown/blue and one from Oil pressure switch.

Which pins should be used on the Accusump valve and also which connector on the pressure switch should the other cable come from?

Think this makes sense, I want to be sure as I believe my Accusump is no longer working.

Seem to remember mine was just + & - as per the wiring instructions. Brown/Blue to + and Black to -.

Oil pressure should be Brown/White and White/Brown. Mine is different as I have the Stack dash.

Here is how I set mine up. I have two dash lamps so I know if its charging or discharging. The switch is used to switch it off and lock oil pressure in for the next start up.



I made the wiring myself, so my colours will be different. I bought the parts separately, not from the factory.

I would suggest putting a relay in the system as it is not good practice to put the sort of current the accusump takes through an oil pressure switch withi is desinged primerily for indicator lamps.

Typically this will result in the same failure as the brake light switch with the contacts burning out.

Perhaps its the switch that has failed not the accusump

just a thought. I put a relay on my car.
