Now I've got my replacement steering wheel re-trimmed in alcantara via the lads at RSW; I'd like to change the paddles to some black / CF ones

Can anyone recommend some that aren't as small as the OEM ones; but aren't glaring red or stupidly expensive?

Ideally dry/matte CF, but happy with satin black too

Cheers thumbup

The M paddles are a really nice upgrade over the stock ones.

I managed to pick a pair up for £150 (band new) which was better than the £450 that BMW offered to relieve me of.

Here you go

These were so much better than the stock paddles (had them fitted to my M140i).

Not sure if I like them TBH; but they do look very OEM

They’re not my cup tea personally.

The M paddles feel nice, are better ergonomically and at decent quality. They’re quite discreet when fitted.

I had some bigger, none OEM paddles on my 335i and they were a pain because they made it hard to get to the wheels in the stalks.

Yeah that's what I'm worried about as I've not got small hands/fingers!

And you know me, I do like to keep things OEM+ biggrin

Will have another look at them; but that pic above is exactly the route I'm going down...

Was that your 140i Sam?

Cheers Sam; looked lovely

My pal Chris has just got a 140i but he's gone for the ivory interior (scratched it yesterday too; he's not happy)!

I wanted the cognac interior but was talked out if it…the sample was vile but having seen it in the flesh, it’s really nice. My issue with the ivory interior is the back of the seats are pale too.

He's ok with that; only him & his missus

But he sat down on his keys yesterday and he's left bit of a gouge in the side section; not impressed but he's got cover for it apparently, so will see if it can be repaired
