NA - Repair Panels, Wings etc

Can anyone give me any feedback on the quality of panels available from the usual places? MX5 Parts, Autolink, MX5 City, Moss etc? I'm not sure exactly what I'll need yet but I'm working on the assumption of new inner and outer sills and both rear arches and then whatever else crawls out the wood work once we start cutting stuff off.

I had inner and outer sill panels from Autolink (albeit some time ago).
They were what I'd call proper fit and thickness.
Certainly my tame body guy remarked unprompted how good they were.
