Mercedes van servicing/repairs in Durham/Newcastle?

Can anyone recommend anywhere to do a B service and diagnose a boost issue on my Mercedes Vito?

Most places I have contacted simply don’t work on vans.

Have you tried Intelligent Auto on team valley? They had my LWB 9 seater dispatch in for a diagnostic and were willing to do the work.
Turned out to be slow response from the Eastergate which they believe needed a new turbo. £1500 please, I've left it as can easily drive around it and if I ever fell up to it I'll strip it myself as I suspect it's carbon build up rather than failure. (Low miles)

I have priced up a service with them and it’s ££££. I was hoping to avoid a main dealer on a 9 year old van.

Autolink garage in Back Goldspink lane in Sandyford. They aren't a Merc specialist, but Stu who works there had several years at the main dealer on Scotswood Road and knows his way around them.

I believe Staithes garage in the Blaydon/Dunston area are known to be Merc specialists.

Staithes garage don’t work on vans unfortunately. Will have a look at the other option.
