need help with car play

Hi All,
I have a MY23 cayenne GTS. It is fitted with the ability for applecart play wirelessly and by cable. Neither are working. Wireless hasn't worked for months and today to cable method doesn't work either. I have tried a different cable
The phone is an iPhone 13 Pro. It will connect to the car via blue tooth but the car play icon just never turns green like it used to. I have deleted the phone from the car, put it back on, reset network settings on the phone. But no change. If I press the button on the stalk then it still activates Siri but outside of car play grrrrr. Oh and phone calls come through and podcasts etc play through bluetooth. It is literally just the car play bit that is nit working.
Can anyone help?
