Hi all, I have a 420d GC 2015 where the timing chain for my N4720DA Engine, has broken and there is a tight spot when the camshaft is manually turned over.

Loss of power occurred whilst travelling at low speed (5-7mph) - it is not certain whether there is further damage to valves or piston but damage to the valve is likely.

Can anyone recommend BMW Engine specialists to look into this?

Because folk might be able to recommend engine rebuilders that are local to you...

Good luck on here with that attitude laugh

Haha, thanks for the luck. I'm probably going to need it more than ever now!

So sorry, I'm in London, can go anywhere within the M25.

I have had people.ask.me random questions like where exactly do I live, and what colour is my car etc. Hence the scepticism! Apologies

Thanks, I will check them out. They seem to have a decent feel about them. Have you used them before?
