Soot cleaned under warranty

Morning,

Has anyone been successful with a dealer getting soot build up cleaned on a car under warranty? I'm just testing the waters at the moment cause mine is a 35d 2018 with 40k on the clock had 36k when I bought it. (Not sure if it has carbon build up yet) Only had the car a few months and it came with a years warranty.

Hi,

The idle tone has changed, doesn't matter if engine is hot or cold and it also doesn't feel as smooth through the gears. It might be in my head but it's booked in next month to get looked at.
