My steering feels strange

Customer complained of steering feeling strange and said if we drove it we would see what she meant. Thankfully we looked at it first!

Clearly it didn't get like that overnight.

At least eventually she had it looked at before someone was killed.

I’m not so sure. My wife’s car went in recently for a service and they reported a similar split and (admittedly smaller) tyre bulge in the side wall. You’d not see it unless you took the wheel off it had it on a ramp. Second one it’s done - combination of low profile tyres and potholes. Michelin PS4s so bloody expensive.
