Bluetooth in 2016 218i

Hello,
I am hoping to purchase my first BMW in the next couple months.
I am interested in the 218i, 2016 and above.
I have heard that some BMWs do not allow you to play music through their Bluetooth system and you can only use it for calls.
Would this be the case for the age car I am looking at? If so is there a special package/edition I should be looking for that will have this feature?

It should work from the off IIRC; but if not it can be coded to work for A2DP Bluetooth playback etc
