Hi

My daughter has recently passed her test, and I'm looking at buying her a car. We've found a Fiat 500 that we really like, being sold privately.

Looking to run a HPI check on it, seems fine but I guess you never know. I haven't bought a car privately for years, any recommendations on good / not too expensive sites in which to do this ?

You can get a basic, free check by creating a dummy advert for the car on Autotrader. It runs 5 basics checks before it populates the advert.
Always worth paying for a complete check though.
