I know this old chestnut again but I am wondering if there is a published size of bettery that can fit a Cerbera?

I have a crap halfords battery at the moment due to the old one failing suddenly and no time to shop arround at the time but it barely turns the engine over and will not last long with the punishment starting an AJP8 gives it.

If there is a size published I can do some research to find a fit that has sufficient capacity to start a cerb properly.

Does anyone know what size in mm or foot and inches that will actually fit?

I have always used Red Top batteries, but maybe this link may help (or not!).

Same here. I use a Red top RTS 4.2 but it smaller than the original so needs a spacer on the securing bracket or a new bracket made

Fits very nicely indeed, acceptable price too.

Slightly smaller and lighter than the Redtop too. Did you have to do something to the bracket to hold it in?
The Redtop is around 17kg, although it has more cold crank Amps

It fits nicely, and is not moving anywhere once firmly in place against the wing.

610CCA , and 5 year guarantee, good quality for the money imo.

Another vote for the D39, which has exactly the right dimensions
