The Conservative MP Peter Bone repeatedly hit and verbally abused a member of his staff, often asked him for massages and on one occasion put his bare genitals in the other man’s face.

Seems a thoroughly nasty piece of work along with his voting record.

Crikey; I’m sat in my workplace in his constituency currently.

Ironic name given certain of the allegations…

Yeah that one really isn't a good advert for some peoples attitudes towards women.

Sounds like criminal offences rather than something you should just be suspended for a period of time from work for. HTF do people like Bone think its in any way acceptable or appropriate to act like this?

I rather think blocking the face of a colleague with your erected representative is seen as a no-no.

Mind you, this may be a Wellingborough thing.

So another by-election how about we start a grass roots movement to get the SNP to put a candidate forward how much of a slap to rishi if people voted for a Scottish MP in The home counties

I'm a bit confused? Some bloke who worked for this MP for three months, ten years ago, kept detailed records of these goings on but then did nothing for ten years.

Why wait ten years?

If this MP is such a deviant, surely other employees will have faced his wrath (and bks) at some point?

Surely this is just one person's word against another's?

Ultimately yes.

And the watchdog believed that person rather than Bone.

For the last 10 years, however, and without public knowledge, he has been under investigation by various organisations over a set of accusations made by a former staff member after they quit their job in his office in 2013.
