Z4 E89 Fuse Box Nightmare: Tweezers and Spares

Utter nightmare accessing the fusebox on on 2016 Z4 E89. Apparently this is a well-known problem.

Having finally accessed fuse box, cannot find tweezers referred to, nor can I see spare fuses.

Can anyone help?

The OEM fuse removal is usually red and tucked away; can you provide pics of what you're looking at etc

Have found red fuse-puller and checked fuse.

Now having huge problems aligning screws/holes to replace fuse box cover. Posters on another form gave up and went into the dealer.

Groan.
