Have been looking for a replacement for the DBX.
992 GTS or a Turbo S are being considered - surprised to see how many S’ there are for sale and the prices seems relatively soft?
I’d thought the 992.2 is still some time away?
Have you driven both yet? The GTS is pretty stiffly sprung, my local OPC bought back quite a few of the cars that they put out as buyers didn't expect them to be so stiff.992 GTS or a Turbo S are being considered - surprised to see how many S’ there are for sale and the prices seems relatively soft?

The Turbo S is currently in free fall price wise, they were way over priced and in need of a correction which is now happening.
Had an early 992 C4S with pasm/ sports chrono and rear steering but not driven a GTS yet. Will ensure I do though so thanks for the information.
Indeed, lots of varied optioned used nearly new at the £165k - £175k. Makes. Makes a used Turbo S v new GTS an interesting dilemma.

Do you need 4 seats ? Only ask as I have a 992 Targa GTS which is a fantastic car, however at the price you mention I think I'd be keeping an eye on Maserati MC20's if 2 seats will suffice, as must be the best looking cars around and seem to be currently selling around 160/170k for cars which were 225/250k a year or so ago.
Example (sold for 170k I believe) https://www.joemacari.com/stock/maserati-mc20/1000...

Given both are at the heavier end of the 911 range I’d say the Turbo/S is the better pick. If you can find a Turbo S that you like I’d go with that because you should be able to drive a mega deal.Indeed, lots of varied optioned used nearly new at the £165k - £175k. Makes. I think if you're in the market for one of these at the mo you'd probably be waiting for gen 2. I am astonished at the number of turbo s for sale in the classifieds.
i think theres surprisingly few considering theres over 1500 registered in the uk. wouldnt have thought theres a market for that manyEdited by Sidsw on Wednesday 11th October 09:37
Agree beautiful car and we don’t need 4 seats but they would be helpful for longer trips and the dog. Also thinking that we wanted something that we can use that won’t be as obvious as say the MC (also thought about the Ferrari offerings and even the DB12).

I was surprised at how many and also that change is prices. Seemed much stronger only a few months ago.

All relative but 113 turbo s solely on Pistonheads to choose from is a vast choice for a used turbo s buyer and if there really are 1500 + UK cars it doesn't bode well for UK residuals. 991.2 turbo s slots were much more closely managed.
