MOT etsting - 200 cell cats fail

hi east anglia phers, my local garage has failed my 996 with topgear 200 cell cats on emissions.
Of course they claim they've warmed up the car etc but I have my doubts. Can anyone recommend a more competent garage for a test.

To get my 200 cell to go through, I didn't have to just warm it up, I had to blat through a couple of pulls up and down the road, drive straight in the bay and shout 'test it! TEST IT!'

Sorry somewhat out of my area. But the advice to give the car a good run before gas testing is sound, also turn off the aircon.

My local MOT tester does the same in Cambridge(ish). I'm taking mine all the way to Braintree so a Renault Sport specialist can MOT it with the 200 cell cat in it. Irritating.
