330i 2019-2022 yearly costs?

I am looking for a new car and a 2020-2022 330i Touring is on the list. If anyone has one (or very similar) could you share your experience of yearly running costs? eg. servicing/warranty/etc...

Based on my experience of an F30 330i....

Do NOT run one of these without a warranty. They break. Then they throw big bills. My F30 has just gone past 60,000 miles and has had well over £6k in warranty repairs in the last 2 years. It's got another visit to the dealer coming up to investigate the non-working bits of the iDrive system, and for an airbag fault. I'm still waiting for them to fix the clonking steering rack - that will add another chuck to the warranty spend.

The later car is basically the same mechanical system, so quite likely to have similar issues.

I’m currently think that a GTI or Octavia might be the more sensible option for lower running costs. It is always a gamble though.

I’ve got an F31 330i touring and it has been fantastic - probably the best all round car I have owned. The B48 engine has been faultless (now on 57K). I spent a while finding the right spec (wanted the factory fitted retractable tow bar which are like hen's teeth!) but it has been worth it.
