Genius

Longview - Further is probably my most played at the moment. Or System of A Down - Toxicity.

I prefer Chop Suey.

My personal favourites:

Truckin' - Grateful Dead

Big-eyed Beans from Venus - Captain Beefheart

Prof Beard

[singlecoil]

"You Only Live Twice", written by John Barry and Leslie Bricusse, sung by Nancy Sinatra, the film version, not the pop version

[anhamgrimmar]

nothing really matters - mettalica (and an orchestra)

I prefer Scarlet Begonias.

One deeply underrated band here in the UK.

[FunkyGibbon]

surely it is "Tribute" by Tenacious D

[ZR1cliff]

Simon&Garfunkel.....'Bridge over troubled water'

[chris watton]

I believe there's no such thing as a perfect song, it all depends on what frame of mind/mood you're in at the time

That definitely wins best video!

I vote for Love Thing, Joe Satriani (again )

[johnny88]

Highway Star by Deep Purple - just listen to the first line

'Ain't nobody gonna take my car' - should be the PH anthem

[PatHeald]

Family Affair - Sly and The Family Stone.

Perfect when sozzled.

Following on from a previous thread - I seem to recall hearing that that is the most requested single on Radio Norwich.

[trackcar]

The Carpenters version of The Eagles' "Desperado".

There's not one word, or chord out of place in that song, and KC's voice amazingly adds the finishing touch to the perfect song.

It's heavenly.

Fire up winmx, you won't regret it.
