I managed to get my hands on a copy of this magazine, very interesting read. One article is a 49 page ranking analysis of the Top 20 F1 mistakes.

Very interesting reading indeed. It is amazing how many involve Ron Dennis and Frank Williams.

Few here I wouldn’t class as a mistake as such.

2. In fairness, I would have probably done the same.

15: As far as I can recall, it was the teams that decided to withdraw not Max forcing them – although he made it difficult for them to do otherwise.

17: IIRC, Schumacher had indicated his intent to retire at the end of the following season but Ferrari brought that forward for him.

‘Get your hands on’ indeed, could you remind the audience how much a ‘UK single copy’ costs?

No idea, I got mine courtesy of my local Mercedes dealer.

It’s an, “interesting” read but the price has always been about twice as much as anyone would react with “how much?!”.

No mention of Balestre stealing from Senna ?
Premeditated politics.

Should be No.1

What exactly did Balestre 'steal' from Senna? If you are talking about the same incident others have mentioned he did not steal anything.

8 wasn't a mistake per se- Ross had an offer from Ferrari as well so the end outcome could have been the same.

My bad. "Gave WDC to Prost" more appropriate.

The FIA penalised Senna for rejoining the race via the escape road following his coming together with Prost at the chicane in Suzuka despite other drivers doing the same without penalty.

Makes up for the one Prost nicked from Senna by crashing. Honours even in my book.

Yep

IIRC drivers were not allowed to reverse back onto the track.
Limited options.

Can you imagine that happening today. The internet would melt smile
