They have welded my manifold with the best bit of welding I have ever seen, and charged me....... £10 !!!!!!!
Feck me. PLEASE USE THEM!!!!!
I now have to re fit and wonder what you think of using silicone in the joints to help it, and if so, where to get it from.
Cheers

Glad to see you are chuffed with your manifold, having fettled my exhaust recently I used a simple exhaust jointing paste. Does it for me, simple to use and cheap as chips.
did you use the paste on your manifold Steve? I have a small pin hole but thought the paste wouldn't work because of the heat..
Hiya mate, the paste is really only good for joints, i.e. manifold, or manifold to down pipes, basically where there is a join in the exhaust system, it is just like a heat resistant void filler. If you have a small hole
best get it welded, it shouldnt be to expensive and you probably will have to remove the offending piece of exhaust.
