Suspect first one is a phone antenna sitting on a ground plane. Might be for telematics module if no onboard phone system (if it had Bluetooth it won’t be using this but will just use the phone’s antenna

Have you Googled the part number?

In the second photo are you enquiring about the cable or the bracket?

Just looked up E93 and it is a cabrio only body style. Suspect the wire is another antenna, but not sure what for. Convertibles are really difficult for connectivity so there are often some interesting unique bits on them
