Quiet roads in Bristol area for brake maintenance procedure

There is a "brake burnishing" procedure for my Tesla 3, as the brakes are used so little, they occasionally need to be burnished to stop them from rusting, or the caliper seizing.

To do this you need a quiet road where you can repeatedly get to 50mph then brake hard about 10 times. Is there anywhere in the West Bristol / WSM area I can do this without annoying other road users and / or ending up in a drainage ditch?

Don’t know Bristol at all but can’t be many roads in Britain that sound suitable for doing this at all. I get why they say to do it, but it doesn’t seem a feasible task for anyone to actually carry out or likely that anyone actually would do it.
Maybe a rolling road would be better or just make sure you use your brakes more rather than letting the cars motor brake for you more if that’s possible.

I imagine any A road would do. But for safety reasons do it when there are few other drivers around eg before commuter rush hour.
If you are worried about an accident get a mate to follow you a couple of hundred yards back so any following cars are kept well away from your braking.

Alternatively, I don't think you need to make a special effort - why not just deliberately 'use the brakes' in your normal driving?

Last time I had to do similar I used the dual carriageway from Ashton Gate out towards WSM as it has convenient turnarounds at each end.

I’ve used this section of road before (at quiet-ish times) as it’s a short run back and forth between roundabouts and is national limit (or used to be when I lived in the area).

I haven't been down there for a while so don't know if it's still closed- but Passage Road, Aust is 50mph limit and would probably be OK if it's a quite time where there's not many people around.

I don't think anything special is required.
It's so rare I use the brakes in my i3 I do similar, but not quite as 'formal' as your plan. I simply try to remember to do an emergency stop or two every now and again. Also confirms brakes are working as they should.

Sadly this is no longer a dual-carriageway (except for a few hundred yards at the top). Instead we have a real bus lane for imaginary buses.

M48 - long, smooth, level, excellent sightlines, under-used; c. 5 miles each way from M4 junction toward old Severn Crossing to do this exercise at leisure without risk to others; turn round at the Severn View services junction, complete the procedure on the way home.
