My bmw430 420 buying update

Hi guys

So after trawling the net to find a decent 430d i have drawn the conclusion that i am to broke to buy one,😂😂 so have set my mind on a 420d that im going to stage 1. Has anyone got a S1 mod on there 420d?

Are you happy with it?

Does the 420 suffer the same chain problem?

Or should i just man up and sell the dog the mrs car etc etc

Maybe go for the 330d? More in budget surely?

Do you do serious mileage to need a diesel? As brilliant as the 30d engine is, I would personally prefer a 30i to a 20d, maybe it falls within the price range?
