Good afternoon Gentlemen,

In my continued search around the difficult-to-access compartments of BlackBeauty©, I have stumbled upon the below, little ditty. I discovered it in the offside, front compartment, ahead of the wheel arch.

My first reaction was that it must be an A/C component but I thought that I had accounted for all of the required components in other compartments.

Do you have any idea what it might be ?

Many thanks,

Mr. Confused

Is that on the later cars? On my '97 it's front and center under the F1 panel

Yep! Later cars have the filler on the right hand side of the engine bay, earlier ones in the middle. Seems to tie-in with the change to the windscreen vents.

No idea why (but it's a TVR!!)!!

Yes, Dave, Series II (2001 on mine)

Incidentally, you don't happen to have a pic of yours (washer bottle location etc) with the F1 cover off, do you ?

Ta !
