S4 Cabrio in Aus

Did the B6 or B7 Audi S4 come to Australia in cabriolet form? I'd like one to cruise about in over the summer and their V8ness, cheapness, and cleanliness-of-lineliness in the UK is appealing - but there don't seem to be any for sale in Oz.

The B6 is listed on Redbook so it looks like they did sell them here.

A European V8 convertible was probably a bit niche back then, so possibly not many about.

Don't bother. I lived in Oz for over 20 years, convertibles are pretty rare because it's too frickin hot for normal use. Also factor in fabric roofs being punctured by hail the size of golf balls in summer storms. UKs balmy climate is much more suitable.

Appreciate that, but I've lived in Melbourne for 5 years and yes it's occassionally "too hot" for a cabrio, mostly it's pleasant and I've never experienced hail that'd shred a soft top roof. Plenty of BMW, Mercedes, Mazda cabrios around, just not many S4s (or indeed A4s) apparently.
