Afternoon All,

Looking at a Civic 1.6 Dtec. It’s 100% Euro 5 but showing as compliant on TFL’s website.

Finding a similar one on AT and it’s not (same year)

The one showing at compliant was registered 28.08.15 - so a few days before the Sept EU6 requirement.

Any ideas? Haven’t found much on Google - would rather be safe and go for EU6, however even going to National search on AT, this one is best for budget, miles and spec.

Reg is RF15 WOA

Many thanks

Shows as E5 on HPI https://www.hpi.co.uk/content/diesel-news-the-futu...

TFL have it compliant on age not the engine, as the have many others

Sorry! Fat fingers! Euro 5 on HPI and edited. There are thousands driving around FOC but it doesn't seem like TFL are doing anything about it, Bully's gamble I guess but I can't see them ever managing to rectify it

I have something similar, defo not compliant, shows as no charge everywhere.

DVLA may update it at some point, but suspect they're busy swapping things the other way when people moan...

My car is euro 6 but shows as non compliant. 2017 Bmw diesel. From what I’ve read, seems to be a bit random sometimes.

Strange, would rather not risk if/when TFL get their backsides in gear and do update it!

Unsure if I’d have any legal standing either.

Odd though, as 2016 Dtecs are being advertised EU5 - from what I’ve read, Sept 2016 had to be EU6

Very annoying as it’s a fairly good deal (ULEZ bubble aside!)
