Hi.

Car looks nice but these 5.0 XKRs have a few weak points.

Please advise:

1. is there any record or sign of the chain tensioners being replaced?
2. Has the car had any history of condenser issues (particularly air con condensate drain), if so, when and how was this addressed?
3. Is there a history of the valley pipe being changed

Been a member of JDC, JOC and XKCC for nearly nine years.
In all that time never come across anyone who had any of those problems. Good servicing is key to a performance car and all experienced owners that "halfords" is not the place to take it.

The chain and tensioners do not make any noise so do not need replacing.
Never had any issue with a/c and never any water in car.
Never had any problems or issues with and valley items.
I can only say that those that do bought a poorly serviced car or don't service properly.
This car wants for nothing and if it did I would have had it done. People buy these who can't afford to run them, not me. Just bought £90K Porsche 911 as replacement!
Find a better one.
