The current owner clearly doesn't like it. No wonder it's for sale.

179 miles in the last 7 years! 25 miles a year! What's that? Just to the MOT testing station and back, and then leave it until next year? Maybe the registration number is apt!

The Bay of Fleas.

You do have to wonder about the mileage, speedos on the TVR were notoriously fragile.
Said I'd had enough of TVR after my fifth but it's a pretty colour, mechanically good (allegedly) needing cosmetic work.

Looks a nice colour, as long as the mileage can be somehow be verifed it looks tidy enough.
Does concern me a seldom used car needed paintwork but they do suffer from stonechips etc easily.

No ***99 mileages in the MoT history (since 2006) so service history needs checking, they often stick at this point. Could be genuine.

Early facelift version with door buttons on the mirrors but still vertical rear plate and Fiesta lamps. Dash veneer is knackered and the carpets look very faded although it may be the storage lighting. Driver's door speaker cover missing, seat leather looks a little cracked and discolouration at the front of the centre console.

The motorgrid.com also have a Chimaera 450 for sale for £18k, Aston and Porsche too but no mention of where they are, unsurprisingly, since they have a lot of expensive machinery in storage. smile Likely a customer wanting his car sold.

Shame they haven't shown exactly what the boot needs but it could be damage from putting the roof in. It failed the MoT in 2017 for not being able to close the boot so perhaps it was broken into?

The hardtop section isn't even shown either. rolleyes Tyres are likely ancient too, so that would need to be budgeted for.
