I know most vans that have been done have been converted by the owner. I simply dont have the time, skills or knowledge to attempt it.
There is one for sale currently but would like to have my " own" put together

I finished off a mostly complete project a few years back. It was great fun and handled surprisingly well once done:

It was running when I acquired it but needed a load of finishing off and general sorting.
Couple of things to note:
1) There are two ways to do this, one is to transplant all the stuff from a 182 including chassis loom etc. with relevant extensions. This means everything will work. The other is to mate the engine loom with the Kangoo chassis loom, this means some things many not work (like the Speedo as the Clio 182 box has no speedo output). It may be better to acquire a knackered 172 Cup as a donor as this has a gearbox with a speedo sensor.
2) The sensible way to do this is to fit all the Clio suspension / front end etc. for obvious reasons, aside from a few top mount related things it's all mostly bolt on and the bits that aren't a correct sized drill bit can solve.
3) Exhaust is a bit of a pain as it runs over the axle and if you want to reduce the ride height you'll start running out of space for an exhaust. A side exit is a good bodge fix or an oval'd pipe over the axle is more expensive and more proper.
Afraid I have no idea who is the go to for this sort of stuff though - are you sure you don't fancy doing it yourself? There's not too much complexity in it really i.e. runs the stock ECU, mostly bolt for bolt install etc. etc.

I don't know where you are based, but, Midlands Renault Specialist have experience of this swap I believe. I used to have my R26 services by them. Great service and very competitively priced. It would certainly be worth giving them a call.

The usual Kangoo/182 conversion is to install the whole Clio running gear, i.e. engine, box, front subframe, driveshafts and front suspension. I’d be amazed if the 182 engine would bolt onto the Trekka gearbox.
Lots of people turbo the 172 and 182 engines. I believe a reliable 220bhp is fairly typical.
