BMW 430 D with 83000 miles

So guys ive taken the step and listened to you all and will be looking at a 430 as opposed to a 420... I have found an M sport 2014 83000 miles full bmww history. should I negotiate the price to get the chain replaced if so how much? and should I think about getting the Auto box serviced?

My brother has a 430d and apart from routine servicing, he changed the zf gearbox oil. Which was pricey.

Is there a need to change the chain at 80k?

I had a new 2014 330d over 7 years put 125k miles on it ,with BMWs servicing schedule.

Not one thing went wrong with it,loved it. No gearbox service ,no chain ( my chain went on my 2007 120d those engines were the issue) and ruined the engine) Only reason I changed was the fact it was forced on me by Londons @@@@ of a Mayor as it was a Euro 5 Not 6

I'd check if it was Euro 6-compliant. My 2014 F25 X3 30D is compliant. It's worth more if it is compliant given ULEZ is now in operation in London.. if you're nowhere near London then no need to worry.

wow you were lucky there, my 2014 330d was Euro 5 thought Euro 6 with BMWs started on 15 plate,nice one
