Our trust is commencing on the 1st September. They have teased us with a few examples but we can't log on to get a quote yet.
Anyone know if the boggo spec version of the VW T7 Multivan Hybrid or Buzz is on the list?
I am 8b so hoping the pre pension and tax sally sacrifice makes them a good deal.

Cheers!

This is all we can see - my wife has access to the scheme via Local Govt - you may get a different view from within the NHS itself.

Wife has just got a MINI EV through Fleet Solutions.
She's an 8B also.

They have some good offers on which can change from week to week so look out for then when you have access.

ID Buzz was on offer at one point but went after less than a week.
Presuming limited allocation and they all got snapped up.
Think they were £400 pcm or there abouts.

We were seriously considering it but as my wife is 4-5 years from retiring thought the affect on pension was too much.

Brilliant thanks for letting me know, at £400 fully maintained for 3 years it would certainly be of interest. When we get access I will keep my eye out for the good offers. I still have 20yrs left of service and won't need to rely solely on my NHS pension so not too worried about the long term consequences 😄

Over £500 would be pushing my enthusiasm unless it was for a Taycan!

(our scheme doesn't affect pension but believe nhs does so might be cheaper. that quote is for 6k a year plus maintenance/insurance/tyres)

You need to assess the impact on your pension - what is states on the Fleet Solutions website does not truly reflect the total impact, which can be very substantial in the long term. There was a lengthy thread on here about it. I believe different Trusts have different impacts, but essentially at some trusts pension contributions were calculated after the deduction of the car costs. As such the headline deduction from salary of the car may only reflect part of the true long term cost of the car.
