BMW 2015 X5 iPad entertainment tablets

I’m about to buy a good spec 2015 Bmw X5 which comes with the bmw rear seat entertainment tablets (with headphones). I appreciate they are not Apple iPads etc but is it easy/possible to even stream films through NOW TV/Prime/Disney etc? Has anyone had experience from these?
