Secure parking space 2mins from Fitzalan Pl law courts

My daughter has an unused car parking space behind her flat which is less Than a 2 minute walk from the Law Courts on Fitzalan Place Cardiff. It has a high walled garden and a fob access gate through an undercroft so it’s pretty secure.

I thought it has to be worth £50 a month for someone and I’m sure it will help her out too.

Does her lease allow her to sub-let?

That would be the starting point if you are looking to make money from the parking space.
