BMW z4 fault help

Hi, I have a 2006 z4 2.0 and the car starts and drives perfect from cold, but if I try and start the car after a journey when warm, it will instantly cut out. The fault codes are;

2A6C Valvetronic, learning
function, stop

2A5D Valvetronic, eccentric
shaft sensor

2E7C Bit-serial data interface,
signal

2EBE No BSD message from
alternator

Any help would be great, thanks.

1st 2 codes are the relevant ones. May be faulty valvetronic motor or sensor. Rarer problem is wear to valvetronic shaft etc.
