Zf8 transmission change question

Here's a picture of the transmission pan that'll be getting fitted...



Does the new plastic zf transmission pan that come pre-installed with a drain plug need torquing to the specified 8nm, or is it already tightened to the required torque?

Put a torque wrench on it set to the required setting. If it tightens the fastener the answer is no it’s not pre set. .

If it goes click the answer is yes it’s already set.

That is the logical thing to do, but just wanted some reassurance lol
