Has anyone purchased it?

Purchased and received notification of expected shipping date, but have not heard from them since the scheduled date.

I echo the last two comments too. I’ve used them on many occasions and never had any problems. They usually send a link out for the payment prior to shipping, rather than payment being made at the exact time the order is placed. BRM.

  • OP joined today
  • No location; no garage
  • No greeting
  • First post is to start a thread
  • Thread title is potentially derogatory about a parts supplier
Why am I suspicious? sonar

Ordered from them just a few weeks ago, in July. Clear and prompt communication by email re: my questions on shipping. Shipped by Fedex overseas on a Friday, was on a plane to North America Saturday, arrived at my door on Monday. Items arrived well protected and in pristine condition. 5 star service in my book.

In California here. I’ve have used them many times, never had a problem. If you reach out to them, they will get back to you.

I do agree 1st post is a thread about this. Something isn’t right. Sounds like BS to me.

Well I'm.another very satisfied customer of theirs so if this thread was an attempt to tarnish their reputation it seems to have backfired. If it was a genuine concern then the OP can take reassurance they are one of the decent firms out there to deal with.

It’s probably am bits doing some clever online marketing so suckers think its a derogatory thread and then pitch in with their wonderful experiences of the company. Genius.

Yes oilit, I reported it too. Either that, or they all work for ASLEF wink
If the OP comes back and posts again then perhaps I may change my mind. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a reply to the positive reports given. rolleyes
