Best place to eat near Derby cricket ground

I’m going to a mates wedding and staying near the cricket club, will be there the night before the big event, any recommendations for eateries nearby?

Depends on how far you want to walk/get a taxi.

Derby City centre is realistically only a 10-15 minute walk from the cricket club where there are loads of eateries/pubs etc.

If you want good beers etc too you can try the Derby Brewing Tap House which is by the river.

A bit further out theres allsorts down Friargate/Ashbourne Road from chains to hipster eateries to indians etc.
