RICH WHERE ARE YA???!!!

Quick update.
The Car is the nuts. The salesguy at the dealer kicked ass and got the service people to do their jobs. I was waiting for 3 hours but as I had alot of toys to look at I was like a pig in poo.
The car looks the nuts and evil as hell in black. As soon as I got in the roof was down and off I went. Drove home, drove round my home town. Scared the cack out of some old woman when I put my foot down :-)etc.
I will post some pics in the afternoon tomorrow.
The exhaust is deepr than the 355. Went in one of the local underpasses and it seems much louder than the previous motor.

You guys...

It's not a God-given right to own a Ferrari you know
You have to earn these things. Manu has to sell a few more Tubis to lucky Ferrari owners... and get my RS mpgs onto video for me... then I'm sure things will happen.
It's much easier if you want a Porsche. I wore red braces for 10 years in the ad industry, drove like a tosser in a variety of machines, and then one morning I looked out of the window and there it was...

Your absolutely right Dom
Except for a lottery win the only way I'm going to park my arse in a Ferrari is through dam hard work. BUT, I'm sure it'll be worth it all the more in the end
However, that isn't going to stop me rushing out and buying a set of sexy red braces in the hope of waking up one morning to find a porker on the drive.
Here's to hoping

Yes; for an enthusiastic traditionalist in the world of fine paintings, were one to wake up one morning to the prospect of assuming custody of something by Da Vinci or Rembrandt, the level of erectile anticipation would quite possibly be, erm, stimulating.
I really don't care about logic or reality; there is something fundamental, primal even, about the stallion brand; yes, I may well be a victim of media overkill in this respect.
But rather like that chap in 'The Matrix' who likes his fillet steak, if this is a great deception then I have no desire to be de-suckered.
I'm sure that Rich, now aka Michael Knight (dare we call the beast Kit?), is psychologically wired up to the ultimate form of ism.
The beauty and majesty of Ferrari is unsurpassed. It is to motor cars what Brunel was to industrial engineers and Bill Shakespeare to playwrights.
Congratulations, Rich; I freely proclaim my envy, as anyone with a strand of honesty must for any Tifotic owners in general. The desire within me has now ratcheted up another notch.
I think a young Tom Cruise said "Porsche; accept no substitue," in Risky Business, circa 1983. But that was a time before the 355 and a whole pysche before the perfection of the 360.
Hail, hail and triple hail.

Thanks guys,
I have to confess i managed to very very slightly touch one of the wheels to a kirb today. I can only just see the damage :-(((((((((((((((((((((((((((.
The Car's presence is immense but Kev is right it is slightly smaller than a 911. It shows that something doesnt have to be big to look big, thats what i tell the other half anyway.
I will take some more pics tomorrow and put up some of the red 355 that i took the morning it left me.

Rich, nice one on your new 360!! I one day would be happy with a 355 spyder. It will be some time yet though and a Griff is where I'll be for a year or too.
Please post as many exterior/interior shots as you can of both 355 and 360,
Cheers,
Rupert
(who has been lucky enough to be in a 550 at 150mph and one day will definitely join Ferrari land!!)
