air con / waranty question

my aircon has failed, TVR power think it just needs re-gassing.

Factory apparently saying this isn't a waranty thing and I will have to pay for it to be re-gassed. I think they are just trying it on as the car was only 6 months old when I notified them.

will take it up with them tomorrow. any help advice would be appriciated
