50% Inflation is Insane - AP Clutch Discs

I had a pair of discs relined in 2020 for £42 + vat each

Cost today - £65 + vat each, even so has to be done

But 50% inflation over three years is painful

Even worse they are not able to replace the diaphragm spring any longer, as AP are no longer supplying them

Good news is that CG Motorsport can replace the diaphragm spring, so no need to fork out a grand on a whole new clutch

I'm sticking with Clutch-Fix for the friction plates as they did a great job last time

How many times are you needing to replace your clutch?

The new one by Powers looks lovely, albeit a grand.

Current clutch is fine, just want to have a spare ready for fitting if necessary

Was fitted with new friction plates early 2020, but a clutch slave failure heat damaged the main spring

If only I'd realised that before the following trip to Germany which cost me a lot in terms of missed track days
