MK3 Roll Over Protection

Hi All

After a near miss on a Sprint Race, I've decided that the MK1 is going to go. I don't want to install a roll bar, as I'm not going to wear a helmet to and from races whilst driving the car.

I wondered if the MK3 had any decent roll over protection?

If not I'm planning on a mid-00s Clio.

They have this as standard which is hidden under the plastic trim behind the seats.
