I’ve used this dealership a lot over the years and have had more good than bad experiences.
Yesterday I was asked by work to make several trips over the next few weeks that would put me well over the 1200 miles recommended for the running in service. I had booked a running in service but would now be several hundred miles over after the work trips.
I called Lovetts last night, they were able to fit me in today although they said they couldn’t say how quickly they could finish the service, everything was done by 10am.
Just feel I need to balance those times when people have bad service with a dealer who have done all they can to help out.

Have to say the same about Sytner High Wycombe.
I’ve never bough a car from them and live in NW London but work in High Wycombe.
Sytner have been 10/10 in the past 8 years when I’ve used them for both family cars.
Now I still only go there even though I don’t go to the office as much.
