I've got and idea. What we need is some sort of alert system that could be sent to everyone in the local area to tell them what's happening. By text I reckon.

In the ambulance service a NILO is also a tactical advisor, basically his job is to give the team tactical advice on how to deal with all sorts of different incidents whilst communicating jointly with other services.

I'll put money on this being either an individual or coordinated stabbings personally.

There are half a dozen separate areas cordoned off so it's one incident that's affected several different areas. All is calm in the city so whatever happened is under control.
